Just wondering...what does the term "arse" mean exactly? I mean, I have an *idea* of what it means, but everyone keeps saying it, so I just kinda wanna know...O.o;; i know, i know...i'm as dense as a log....
arse: Noun. 1. The buttocks. The similar 'ass' isn't used as frequently, remaining more of an Americanism. S.e. from 1600s until mid 1800s. 2. An objectionable person. Derog. 3. A mistake, a poor job. E.g."He made such an arse of that plastering that we will need to redo it."
In other words... British Slang for "ass". ^_^';; It has more meanings too (arsed, etc.)
