Does anyone know how to make your page have a page layout with a free version? or..do yoiu have to have a paid-account?? Cuz I have a layout that I wanna use on it...but I don't know if I can do that or not...=/

You use to be able to,I think you can still have a backround image,but if its a layout and your altering a lot things,then I'm pretty sure you need a paid account.
